A team of engineers in our design department is responsible for the development and design of Délixs customer’s projects, offering technical and aesthetic solutions. Using the designer's drawings or plans, we develop our customer's products.
With our digitally operated machining equipment (CNC), we produce the parts and assemblies according to customer specifications, on materials as varied as titanium, stainless steel,brass, aluminium, steel, and plastic.
We commit to considering all options, and advise on the project’s feasibility regardless of its complexity.
Our pressing equipment enables the production of a variety of folds, curves or shapes on small-size parts.
We have various soldering methods that enable us to assemble small parts regardless of shape and material: laser soldering, core induction soldering, high frequency soldering, resistance soldering.
At our site we have 3 buffing workshops and a sanding workshop, enabling us to produce several types of buffing technique and finish, according to the customer’s request:
• matt, sanded or brushed finish
• gloss finish
• finish with differing roughness profile
• ageing with partial removal of thin layer (lacquer, coating...)
• refining the surface roughness Ra, depending on the desired look
We produce text, logos or motifs, keeping to the desired depth. Through our expertise, we advise our customers on the technical details, based on the operations remaining.
Hand in hand with our partners, we are able to offer a range of galvanised finishes: gold plated, palladium plated, ruthenium with thickness inspection certificate.
We offer an infinite range of colour coatings, varnishes and lacquers, with a matt or gloss finish on all types of material.
We also provide motifs, screen and sublimation print, lacquer and levelled lacquer decorative effects.
We have a finishing workshop that specialises in buffer management of our customer's unfinished products.
